Roufusport offers a combination of Jiu-Jitsu, Grappling and specialized Wrestling training sessions 7 days-a-week for adults. Roufusport also offers a Kids Jiu-Jitsu/Grappling program for children as young as 4 Monday-Friday from 4:00-6:00 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.
